We have engineered a 1:1 true-to-original restoration without any modern optical compromises or clinical "additives." We strictly adhered to the classic 6-elements-in-4-groups structural variation that made this historical design so famous.

Rejecting the sterile, dry perfection of modern lenses. Wide open at f/1.9, the Chiaro 2-inch delivers mesmerizing 3D spatial separation (subject isolation). The in-focus areas maintain astonishing sharpness, while the out-of-focus areas rapidly melt away into a signature, highly painterly bokeh. Leveraging our high-end cinema lens production capabilities, every mechanical and optical component is designed and hand-assembled in our bespoke optical workshop—from the CNC 5-axis machining of core brass components to the grinding of decades-old New Old Stock (NOS) optical glass.

Silver Chrome Edition: 

The main exterior barrel is crafted from high-strength 7075 aerospace-grade aluminum to significantly reduce weight. The core focusing helicoid and aperture mechanics are machined from aerospace-grade brass, providing an unmatched, buttery-smooth tactile feel.
